In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
2. Rental Eligibility Criteria

You will be liable for damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount, unless additional coverage is purchased. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or breach of these Terms remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show up may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized individuals to drive is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Usage outside of the vehicle’s intended purpose, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and driving beyond agreed geographical boundaries without authorization are also prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Norwich will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to cases of negligence resulting in death or personal injury, or instances of fraud.
9. Local Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
